I had someone run into me roughly end of November 22, and dropped my car in for repair with these guys and had the best experience. I’d never needed to see a panel beater before, and was a bit daunted by the whole idea of it but the guys here were phenomenal. Was put in a hire car immediately and had my car back to me well before Christmas which was so unbelievable to me. Couldn’t recommend these guys more, their communication was A1 and if I ever need anything ever done again I’ll be back for sure.

Adam did an amazing job on my Maserati, corrected the front bar which was painted by another shop and a different color at that, even paid for lunch and an English breakfast tea whilst I was picking the car up. Awesome shop if you’re in the area.

Richmond Panels’ service is excellent – they kept me fully informed, helped push the insurance company and were able to meet the deadline I needed. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Highly recommend them, shout out to Dean who was my main contact but everyone I spoke to was great.

Adam and Dean were wonderful. Service was quick, communication was clear and the work was beautifully done. They even checked up on how things are going after the repair. It doesn’t feel like dealing with just a business, but with a friend. Despite Richmond Panel’s superb work and customer service in 2021, I did not really want to be a return customer in mid 2022! But there I was again after a minor rear end altercation with a bollard. I knew I’d be in good hands and again my expectations were exceeded by the can-do attitude and efficiency of Adam and Shane at the Swan Street site. Their behind the scenes dealings with slow and/or reluctant insurance companies is particularly impressive. As before the car on return was immaculate, outside and even inside. And throughout their customer communication and responsiveness warrants the highest praise.
